Sartocon® Slice 200 PESU cassette is a crossflow filtration cassette featuring a polyethersulfone membrane with an effective filtration area of 0,02 m² and a nominal molecular weight cut-off of 100 kDa. Fitted with an E-Screen and grey silicone, the cassette is designed for tangential-flow ultrafiltration and diafiltration applications in research and biopharmaceutical process development. The Slice 200 format enables efficient concentration, purification and buffer exchange of proteins, viral vectors and other macromolecules while maintaining defined retention behaviour. Supplied as one piece with a net weight of 0,256 kg, the unit installs readily into compatible Sartocon systems. Manufactured by Sartorius, the PESU membrane offers robust chemical compatibility and stable flux performance under typical laboratory operating conditions.
