The E-screen configuration and grey silicone sealing support efficient ultrafiltration and diafiltration processes in biopharmaceutical and laboratory-scale applications. Designed for use in Sartocon Slice systems, the cassette enables concentration, buffer exchange and clarification of proteins, peptides and other biomolecules. This filtration cassette from manufacturer Sartorius provides a stable membrane surface with low non-specific binding characteristics typical of Hydrosart® technology.
