Description
SO4 02537/1 sulphate reagent test is a photometric reagent kit for quantitative determination of sulphate (SO4) in the measuring range 5–300 mg/l. The method is based on barium sulphate precipitation and complies with US 4500-SO4²⁻ E as well as EPA 375.4. A sample volume of 0,5 ml is used and the pack supports 100 individual tests. Suitable round cuvettes are 10 mm and 28 mm. The reagents are intended for use with PhotoLab® and pHotoFlex® photometers and are supplied with batch certificate plus Combicheck CC10 compatibility. Manufactured by WTW – a Xylem brand, the kit provides a practical solution for routine water, wastewater and environmental laboratories that require standardised sulphate analysis. Clear glassware formats and the defined measuring range allow straightforward integration into existing photometric workflows without additional method development.

Questions about SO4 02537/1, Sulfate Reagent test Measurement range: 5-300
What is this article?
SO4 02537/1, Sulfate Reagent test Measurement range: 5-300 is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes WTW - a Xylem brand for laboratory use. It sits in ICP, AAS & ion standards, inside Analytical standards & reference materials, in Produits chimiques.
An ICP, AAS or ion standard is a solution of a stated element or ion at a stated concentration, with an uncertainty. It is the calibration point of a spectrometer or an electrode. The matrix, often dilute acid, has to match the method. A standard past its expiry is not that concentration.
A reference material is the article against which another result is compared. Its value is stated, and the uncertainty of that value is part of the product. An ICP or ion standard is a solution of known concentration. A volumetric standard is for titration. A chromatography standard is the peak you match. The grade names, including pharmacopoeia and ASTM, say which impurities were limited. Identity is checked on PubChem. Names follow IUPAC. Medicinal grades follow the European Pharmacopoeia and USP.
