Flow-through stainless steel sonication vessels for direct sonication for emulsifying, mixing or homogenizing.
The flow-through sonication vessel is mounted directly on the external thread of the step or Booster horn. The liquid is pumped from below against the sound emitting surface of the sonotrode, passes directly through the cavitation field and leaves the chamber via the outlet. Circulation sonication is also possible.
The degree of sonication depends on the set amplitude and the flow rate.
