Directions for use
First the nuclei are stained with Weigert’s iron hematoxylin solution (Art. No. X906.1 Hematoxylin solution A and Art. No. X907.1 Hematoxylin solution B at a ratio of 1:1). Subsequently the trichrome staining is carried out with van Gieson’s picrofuchsin solution.Result: Visualisation of nuclei, connective tissue, cytoplasm, muscle and other tissue components.
