Reaction vessel 6000 ml DN 150 with groove and temperature control jacket is a cylindrical borosilicate glass 3.3 laboratory reactor with round bottom for temperature-controlled reactions and process applications. The flat flange DN 150 incorporates a groove to ensure secure gasket seating, while the integrated bottom drain valve is adjustable from 0 to 15 mm for controlled discharge. Its temperature control jacket is fitted with two tangential GL 18 threaded ports and a removable polypropylene olive measuring 10,8 mm, allowing flexible connection of heating or cooling lines. Nominal volume is 6 l and net weight is 5,300 kg. Produced by Rettberg, the vessel benefits from the proven chemical durability and thermal performance of borosilicate glass 3.3. The cylindrical geometry with round bottom promotes uniform mixing and efficient heat exchange. The detachable olive facilitates maintenance and hose replacement.
