Zuiveringsproces: De zuivering van de BSA wordt uitgevoerd middels een vergaande hitte-shock/diafiltratiemethode, die albumine met een hogere zuiverheid oplevert dan de gebruikelijke Cohn-kristallisatie. Het proces vindt plaats in een gesloten systeem.
