Low range ammonia photometer HI97700 is a portable, battery-powered dedicated photometer for ammonia measurement from 0,00 to 3,00 mg/L as ammonia-nitrogen (NH3-N). Results can also be displayed as ammonia or ammonium. Part of the HI97xxx series, it uses an advanced optical system sealed against dust, dirt and water, with an LED source and narrow-band interference filter at 420 nm for accurate, repeatable readings. The method follows the Nessler procedure according to ASTM D1426. Resolution is 0,01 mg/L and accuracy at 25 °C is ±0,04 mg/L ±4 % of reading. Round 24,6 mm cuvettes seat consistently in the holder.
