Bioreactor 5 l MyFerm

Glass reactor with a volume of 5 litres e.g. for incubating microorganisms and cells.
Consisting of chemically resistant borosilicate glass with highest durability.

All parts in contact with the medium are made of glass or PTFE/PP.
The bioreactor is completely autoclavable at 121°C.
The temperature control of the medium is achieved via the available temperature control coil in conjunction with an external circulation thermostat.
To ensure optimal mixing with the aid of a magnetic stirrer, 3 baffles are incorporated into the glass reactor.

In addition to feeding, the feedthroughs can be used for the following purposes, for example:

- Gassing
- Exhaust air filtration using external PTFE filters
- Sampling and reactor emptying
- process monitoring
