b.safe Control Waste Cap S60 is a yellow glass-fibre-reinforced polypropylene screw cap for S60 canister threads, built for controlled laboratory solvent waste handling. The freely rotatable PTFE insert includes a permanently attached cable of roughly 0,5 m for electronic fill-level monitoring with a b.safe Display, complemented by a sight glass and indicator pin for optical supervision. Three UNF 1/4" ports accommodate PFA fittings for capillaries with 1,6 mm, 2,2 mm and 3,2 mm outer diameter; three green, three violet and three yellow fittings plus two milky-white blind fittings are supplied. A GL14 connection is provided for screwing in a b.safe exhaust filter (filter not included). An optional grounding connection allows static charges that may arise during filling to be discharged via a suitable earthing cable. This Bohlender design supports closed-system waste collection in analytical and preparative chromatography environments. Supplied as one piece complete with the listed fittings.
