Digital force gauge SAUTER FS 4-200 is a premium instrument with an integrated measuring cell for tension and compression force applications. It suits mobile spot checks as well as stationary integration in a test stand or production line, with all values shown in real time on the multifunctional 3,5'' touchscreen. Via the integrated USB interface, data can be transferred to a PC or laptop for further processing; the same port also supplies power. The gauge is compatible with all SAUTER strain-gauge measuring cells and accepts up to four external cells at once; when external channels are active the internal cell is deactivated, so forces in different tension or compression directions can be covered with one device. Four-wire and six-wire strain-gauge sensors are supported, with sensor-specific data stored directly in the connector. Two-point adjustment with weights or numerical adjustment is possible. Selectable SI units include kg, N, kN, mN, MN, Nm, kNm and mNm. Tolerance, track and peak-value functions support flexible workflows. Mountable on all SAUTER test stands, the unit from manufacturer Kern is supplied in a robust systainer® T-LOC system case with plug-in power supply and USB Type-C cable, 16 GB internal memory and a net weight of 0,45 kg.
