Each colourless 5,0 mL tube is batch-certified PCR clean—free of human DNA, DNase, RNase and PCR inhibitors—supporting sensitive amplification and quantification workflows. Precise lid sealing limits evaporation during incubation and storage. These vessels from manufacturer Eppendorf withstand centrifugation up to 25.000 × g, enabling fast, efficient protocols at intermediate volumes.
