Dosing pump SIMDOS® 02 FEM1.02FT.18RCP is a chemically resistant diaphragm dosing pump intended for precise metering of liquids. It achieves a flow rate of 0,03–20 ml/min (water at 20 °C, zero delivery head), a pressure head of 60 mWS and a suction height of 2 mWS. The pump head is constructed from PTFE, while both the working membrane and the valves are made of FFKM, delivering outstanding chemical inertness. Flow adjustment is possible manually or through external control, and the RC Plus version is equipped with an RS 232 interface. A secondary safety membrane enhances operational security, and membrane exchange is simplified via a programmed maintenance command. Hose ports accept ID 1,6 mm / OD 3,2 mm tubing. The unit measures 93 × 144 × 150 mm and weighs 0,9 kg. Media temperatures between +5 and +80 °C are permitted.
