Dosing pump SIMDOS® 02 FEM1.02TT.18RCP PVDF is a chemically resistant diaphragm dosing pump engineered for accurate liquid dosing. It provides a flow range of 0,03–20 ml/min at zero head (water 20 °C), a pressure head of 60 mWS and a suction lift of 2 mWS. The pump head is manufactured from PVDF, the membrane from PTFE and the valves from FFKM, ensuring excellent resistance to a wide spectrum of chemicals. Delivery rate is adjustable both manually and via external signals; the RC Plus configuration includes an integrated RS 232 interface. An extra safety membrane offers additional protection, and membrane replacement is facilitated by a built-in maintenance routine. Connection tubing size is ID 1,6 mm / OD 3,2 mm. Overall dimensions are 93 × 144 × 150 mm and net weight is 0,9 kg. Permissible media temperature spans +5 to +80 °C.
