Dosing pump SIMDOS® 10 FEM1.10TT.18RCP PVDF is a chemical-resistant diaphragm dosing pump for precise liquid metering. It provides a continuously adjustable flow rate of 1–100 ml/min (water at 20 °C, zero head), a pressure head of 60 mWS and a suction head of 3 mWS. The pump head is manufactured in PVDF, the working diaphragm in PTFE and the valves in FFKM, ensuring broad chemical compatibility. Flow is set manually or by external control; the RC Plus version includes an RS 232 interface. An additional safety diaphragm maximises protection, while the delivery diaphragm can be exchanged simply by activating the built-in maintenance command. Hose connection is ID 4 / AD 6 mm. Ambient temperature range is +5 to +40 °C and media temperature +5 to +80 °C. The compact unit weighs 0,9 kg and measures 93 × 144 × 150 mm. Complete with suction filter, 2 m connection tubing and power supply from manufacturer KNF, it is well suited to laboratory and process dosing of aggressive liquids.
