De DURAN® GLS 80® dubbelwandige laboratoriumfles is een helder vat van borosilicaatglas 3.3 met wijde hals, een nominaal volume van 1 l en een geïntegreerde glazen mantel voor nauwkeurig temperatuurbeheer. Hete of koude vloeistoffen die door de buitenmantel circuleren, regelen de temperatuur van de inhoud in de fles met schroefdop en bieden een afsluitbaar en veelzijdig alternatief voor mantelbekerglazen zonder deksel. De brede GLS 80®-hals vereenvoudigt de toegang tot monsters en media, terwijl PTFE-slangaansluitingen van 10 mm voor inlaat en uitlaat rond de mantel een gelijkmatige verwarming of koeling bevorderen; verwijderbare GL 18-uitlaatconnectoren voegen operationele flexibiliteit en veiligheid toe. Een duidelijk afleesbare schaal op het binnenvat ondersteunt een eenvoudige volumeregeling. Compleet met een blauwe polypropyleen schroefdop en schenkring is de fles zeer geschikt voor temperatuurgeregelde reacties, waaronder enzymdigestie, het aanhouden van een constante temperatuur, het hanteren van endo- of exotherme reagentia, en gebruik als voordelige chemostaat, bioreactor of grote koude val wanneer droogijs in de binnenkamer wordt geplaatst.
