Beschrijving

pH electrode, plastic, for intensive use, epoxy shaft (BNC) is a robust combination electrode for frequent pH measurements with portable instruments and for industrial environments. The epoxy plastic shaft withstands heavier handling than glass bodies while remaining suitable for general laboratory use. It incorporates an Ag/AgCl reference system, a non-refillable electrolyte solution and a porous Teflon diaphragm. Measurement spans pH 0 to 14, with a maximum working temperature of 80 °C. Body dimensions are 120 × 12 mm. A permanently fitted 1 m cable with BNC connector allows immediate connection to compatible meters. Supplied by manufacturer Labbox as one piece with a net weight of 0,160 kg (METRIA type), the sealed construction reduces upkeep during intensive daily operation. The porous Teflon junction maintains reliable sample contact across aqueous media. This electrode is intended where durability, a fixed BNC lead and a full 0–14 pH range are needed for portable or industrial pH control.

Questions about Epoxy body pH electrode, intensive use (BNC)

What is this article?

Epoxy body pH electrode, intensive use (BNC) is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Labbox for laboratory use. It sits in Stirring shafts, propellers & impellers, inside Stirring, shaking & mixing, in Instrumenten.

A shaft, a propeller or an impeller is the wetted end of an overhead stirrer. The diameter and the pitch decide whether the liquid turns over. The material, stainless steel or PTFE, decides what the liquid may be. The chuck size has to match the stirrer.

Stirring keeps a mixture uniform or helps a solid dissolve. A magnetic stirrer spins a bar inside a closed vessel. An overhead stirrer drives a shaft when the liquid is viscous or the volume is large. A vortex mixer agitates a tube. A shaker moves a whole rack or a plate. The shape of the impeller and the speed decide whether the liquid turns over or merely spins. The vessels being stirred are indexed under ISO laboratory glassware.
