Flow-through cuvette type 137-QS is a precision optical cell made from high performance quartz glass (SUPRASIL®) for spectrophotometric analysis from 200 nm to 2500 nm. This variant provides a 2 mm path length, a 20 × 9 mm aperture and a sample volume of 520 µl, complete with inlet and outlet connectors for continuous-flow work. Hellma® precision cuvettes from manufacturer Hellma (IDL) are produced entirely in Germany and are suitable for all common spectrophotometers. Thermally bonded, not glued, construction yields high resistance to temperature and chemicals and helps prevent unintended liquid escape. Selected high performance quartz glasses give excellent transmission greater than 82 % for exact measurement results, while chamfered edges enable safe, pleasant handling and minimise chipping. The cells can be cleaned and reused as a sustainable laboratory option. Manufacture according to EN ISO 9001 and EN ISO 14001 ensures high optical standards, with precise path-length accuracy and parallelism for continuously reproducible data. Supplied as a single piece for analytical flow spectroscopy.
