ICP-MS Multi-Element Standard Solution CR-81 ROTI®Star is a multi-element standard containing eleven elements, namely aluminium, arsenic, germanium, molybdenum, phosphorus, antimony, tin, titanium, uranium, vanadium and zirconium (Al, As, Ge, Mo, P, Sb, Sn, Ti, U, V, Zr), in 5 % HNO3. The solution is supplied in a 100 ml pack weighing 0,120 kg, with a density of approximately 1 g/cm³ and a boiling point above 83 °C. This CR-81 ROTI®Star 11-element preparation from manufacturer Carl ROTH is intended for ICP-MS analytical chemistry, where multi-element standards in nitric acid are used for inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The 5 % HNO3 matrix carries Al, As, Ge, Mo, P, Sb, Sn, Ti, U, V and Zr as a combined standard for atomic spectroscopy. Physical properties include density (D) ~1 g/cm³ and boiling point (bp) >83 °C, and the solution is identified with UN number 2031. Laboratories working with ICP-MS multi-element standards can employ this 100 ml ROTI®Star CR-81 solution as an eleven-element standard in 5 % nitric acid for spectroscopic work on the listed analytes.
