Beschrijving

ICP Multi-Element Standard Solution CR-113 is a ROTI®Star calibration standard containing 15 elements in 5 % HNO3 for trace analysis by ICP-OES, ICP-MS and related techniques. Specified concentrations are Al 1000 mg/l, As 10 mg/l, B 1000 mg/l, Ba 1000 mg/l, Cd 10 mg/l, Co 100 mg/l, Cr 10 mg/l, Cu 100 mg/l, Hg 10 mg/l, Mn 1000 mg/l, Ni 10 mg/l, Pb 10 mg/l, Se 100 mg/l, Sr 1000 mg/l and Zn 1000 mg/l. The solution has a density of approximately 1 g/cm³ and a boiling point above 83 °C, and is supplied as a 30 ml unit weighing 0,060 kg. It supports water analysis and multi-element calibration workflows where mixed standards reduce preparation time and improve run-to-run consistency. This CR-113 standard from manufacturer Carl ROTH is intended for laboratories performing environmental, water and trace-metal determinations. Transport classification references UN number 2031. The nitric acid matrix stabilises the dissolved metals for routine instrument calibration and quality-control checks in research and routine analytical settings.

Questions about ICP Multi-Element Standard Solution CR-113, ROTI®Star, 30 ml

What is this article?

ICP Multi-Element Standard Solution CR-113, ROTI®Star, 30 ml is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Carl Roth for laboratory use. It sits in ICP, AAS & ion standards, inside Analytical standards & reference materials, in Chemicaliën.

An ICP, AAS or ion standard is a solution of a stated element or ion at a stated concentration, with an uncertainty. It is the calibration point of a spectrometer or an electrode. The matrix, often dilute acid, has to match the method. A standard past its expiry is not that concentration.

A reference material is the article against which another result is compared. Its value is stated, and the uncertainty of that value is part of the product. An ICP or ion standard is a solution of known concentration. A volumetric standard is for titration. A chromatography standard is the peak you match. The grade names, including pharmacopoeia and ASTM, say which impurities were limited. Identity is checked on PubChem. Names follow IUPAC. Medicinal grades follow the European Pharmacopoeia and USP.
