Laboklav 80-B ECO is a vertical steam sterilizer for sterilization of solid materials and liquids in open vessels. The unit offers a usable chamber volume of 80 l with usable space of 410 mm diameter by 610 mm length and overall dimensions of 740 x 600 x 915 mm. Operating overpressure is 2,8 bar with sterilization temperatures from 98 °C to 138 °C and adapted power consumption of 3 kW at 230 V~, 50 Hz, 16 A. Net weight is 165 kg and gross weight 200 kg. From manufacturer SHP Steriltechnik AG, the autoclave features a TÜV-tested motorized safety quick-lock with lip seal, thermal lock according to TRB 402 and DIN 61010-2, and a flexible PT 100 reference sensor for liquid sterilization. Heating elements are pressed externally to the chamber base with feed water in the chamber and overheating protection. Gravity and pulsating ventilation, integrated water-cooled adjustable steam condensation, validation port and TÜV-tested safety valve are included. A true 32-bit system with multicolor touch panel and 16 GB memory provides fully automatic programs for solids, waste and liquids, PDF batch documentation, USB transfer and archiving of at least 100 000 batch protocols.
