Manufactured from ultra-pure, chemically inert polypropylene, the transparent instrument is suited to open and closed containers, drums, tanks, silos and water bodies. It fits commercial drums and vessels with openings of at least 32 mm diameter. All surfaces are pore-free and free of undercuts, and only food-hygiene-proven round threads are used, so dismantling and cleaning remain simple. A practical push-button enables true one-hand operation; a wiper ring serves for depth marking and cleaning. Target-point, all-layer and bottom samples are possible: with the button held, the unit is lowered slowly for an all-layer profile; with the valve closed it is inserted to the desired depth or bottom, then opened to admit liquid.
