LR-2.5.ST, Conversion kit, LR-2.ST to LR-5.ST

LR-2.5.ST is a conversion kit that adapts the stand system of the 2-litre laboratory reactor (LR-2.ST) to the 5-litre variant (LR-5.ST). It enables one stand system to support both reactor sizes, so laboratories can switch between 2-litre and 5-litre vessels without replacing the entire stand assembly. Supplied as a complete set from manufacturer IKA, the kit includes a reactor lid with stopper and vacuum tap matched to 5-litre reactor vessels, a clamping ring, an FFPM O-ring, a cork ring, and conversion instructions. The matching reactor vessel, stirring tools, sensors, flow breakers, or dispersing-shaft holders are selected separately from the accessory range. This modular approach keeps the stand investment flexible when process volumes change. The conversion set is intended for laboratory reactor workflows where both 2-litre and 5-litre configurations are required on the same stand platform, supporting efficient scale-up and shared equipment use in research and process development environments.
