Magigoo PP-GF 3D-lijmstift is speciaal ontwikkeld voor het verwerken van glasvezelversterkte polypropyleen (GFPP) filamenten en zorgt ervoor dat de prints stevig hechten wanneer het printbed heet is en dat het onderdeel gemakkelijk te verwijderen is na afkoeling.
WAAROM:Polypropyleen (PP) is een thermoplastisch semi-kristallijn polymeer met eigenschappen zoals goede sterkte, slagvastheid en ductiliteit, wat het geschikt maakt voor gebruik als constructiemateriaal. PP is echter een zacht materiaal en kan, zoals de meeste kunststoffen, worden versterkt door de toevoeging van vezels om een polymeercomposiet te vormen. Deze materialen zijn meestal stijver en sterker dan het basispolymeer en kunnen leiden tot een materiaal met een zeer hoge sterkte-gewichtsverhouding. Vergeleken met de meeste pure PP-filamenten vervormt GF30PP meer. Dit type materiaal vereist een volledig nieuwe lijmformule om zijn onderscheidende eigenschappen te ontwikkelen.HOE:Magigoo PP-GF is ontwikkeld en getest om te werken met 30% glasvezelversterkt polypropyleen.
- Schud de fles krachtig.
- Breng aan op het gewenste gebied door de punt op het bed te drukken (waardoor het interne ventiel wordt geactiveerd) en naar behoefte te verspreiden.
- Print volgens de aanbevelingen van de filament-/printerfabrikant.
- Laat afkoelen en verwijder.
- Reiniging - Afnemen met een vochtige doek.
Voor veeleisende prints wordt een brim (rand) van 20 mm met 2 lagen aanbevolen. Reinig de bouwplaat en lijn deze goed uit voor het printen. Een gesloten printer wordt aanbevolen.
