Micro peristaltic pump iPump1Q is a compact, cost-effective pump drive with integrated timer control for more complex dosing and transfer tasks, including external actuation. Flow rates and times are preset via keys and retained when the unit is switched off. Mounted in an L-frame, the pump can be readily built into instruments. Depending on head and tubing, flow rates from 0,006 to 164 ml/min are achievable at speeds of 0,1–100 rpm in the forward direction. Timer range covers 0,1 s to 99 h, with a three-digit speed display. An RS-485 interface and external signals (start/stop; speed via 0–5 V, 0–10 V, 4–20 mA or 0–10 kHz) support system integration. The housing is easy to clean and provides IP 31 protection; overall size is 140 × 96 × 96 mm.
