PharmaDispo SteriPlast is a sterile disposable multi-target powder sampler in polystyrene (PS) for precise 0,01 ml point samples from open containers. Manufactured, assembled and individually packed under ISO class 7 cleanroom conditions, then gamma-sterilised, each unit remains sterile and contamination-free until use. Single-use design eliminates cross-contamination between samples or products. As a world first from manufacturer Bürkle, PharmaDispo is the first disposable multi-target sampler that collects three separate point samples in one operation. Three independent chambers allow simultaneous withdrawal from different layers or zones, so material composition can be assessed across strata when a bulk composite would not characterise the product adequately. Target samples may be analysed individually or combined into a representative mixed sample. An ergonomic sliding mechanism with end stop supports one-handed opening and closing.
