PULVERISETTE 13 premium line disc mill 400 V 3~ is a premium disc mill for efficient fine grinding of very hard, hard-abrasive, hard-brittle and medium-hard solids, including metal-free grinding. Sample material is crushed between two counter-acting, coarsely toothed grinding discs by pressure and shear, then falls automatically through the preset gap into the collection drawer. Final fineness is set reproducibly by simple motorised gap adjustment in 0,05 mm steps with digital display, down to 0,05 mm. High throughput reaches up to 150 kg/h. The instrument from manufacturer Fritsch features automatic locking of grinding-stock container and chamber, clear parameter display, large removable plastic funnel, CleanDesign smooth interiors with sealed chamber, instrument-controlled dust extraction, easy disc change, reversible disc rotation to even wear, and motorised zero-point adjustment. It can be combined with the PULVERISETTE 1 premium line jaw crusher for continuous pre- and fine crushing. Typical applications include mining and metallurgy, ceramics, stones and earths, glass and soil research. CE-marked safety and a 2-year warranty are included; fixed and movable grinding discs (four materials) are required separately.
