TGN (Tris Glycine Novel) Precast Gels zijn gebruiksklare acrylamidegels voor SDS-PAGE-runs in een Tris-glycine buffersysteem. Dankzij de unieke formule bieden TGN Precast Gels een verbeterde resolutie, scherpere banden en een langere houdbaarheid in vergelijking met conventionele Laemmli Tris-HCl-gels. De eiwitmigratiepatronen in de TGN-serie zijn echter vergelijkbaar met die van typische Laemmli Tris-HCl-gels, waardoor TGN Precast Gels compatibel zijn met traditionele SDS-PAGE en alle downstream-applicaties. Q-PAGE™ TGN Precast Gels zijn verkrijgbaar in gradiënt- (4 tot 15 %) en vaste (10 %) polyacrylamideconcentraties in 12- en 15-pocketformaten. Twee beschikbare cassetteformaten: Mini (B x L: 10 x 8,3 cm) en Midi (B x L: 10 x 10 cm). Alle Q-PAGE™ TGN Precast Gels bevatten 4 % polyacrylamide-verzamelgels (stacking gels).
