ROTI®Blue quick biedt een nieuwe, zeer snelle kleurmethode voor eiwitten in polyacrylamidegels. Dankzij de moderne formulering bindt de kleurstof zeer specifiek aan eiwitten, maar niet aan de gelmatrix, waardoor het ontkleuren van de gel overbodig is. De eerste banden zijn binnen 3 minuten duidelijk zichtbaar!

De gevoeligheid van de kleuring is gelijk aan die van ROTI®Blue (Art.nr. A152), zodat banden van 10 ng eiwit kunnen worden gedetecteerd. ROTI®Blue quick is daarom ca. 5 keer gevoeliger dan standaard Coomassie®-kleuroplossingen. De ROTI®Blue quick-kleuring is bovendien volledig compatibel met gebruikelijke down-stream applicaties zoals membraanoverdracht & Western blotting, MS-analyse (incl. MALDI) en proteïne-geleluatie.
