ROTI®Cell Eagle’s MEM-Alpha is een steriele, gebruiksklare Minimum Essential Medium Alpha-formulering, geleverd zonder glutamine en met nucleosiden voor gespecialiseerde kweek van zoogdiercellen. Als CELLPURE®-vloeibaar medium biedt het het verrijkte MEM-alpha-voedingsprofiel inclusief nucleosiden, terwijl de toevoeging van glutamine onder controle van de gebruiker blijft. Het preparaat heeft een dichtheid van ongeveer 1 g/cm³ en een kookpunt nabij 100 °C, wat typerend is voor waterige klassieke media.
