Loopbuffer voor eiwitgel-elektroforese. Bevat SDS en kan daarom ook worden gebruikt met SDS-vrije gels. Na: Laemmli (1970), Nature 227:680.
G bereide oplossing kan worden gesteriliseerd door filtratie (0,22 µm). Voor opslag moet de buffervloeistof bij kamertemperatuur worden bewaard.
