SDS-vrije loopbuffer voor natieve eiwitgel-elektroforese. Optimale basis voor bereiding van Western blot-transferbuffer door toevoeging van 5-20 % methanol (Blotting-Grade, Art. No. 0082).
Bereide oplossing kan worden gesteriliseerd door filtratie (0,22 µm). Voor langdurige opslag dient de bufferoplossing bij kamertemperatuur te worden bewaard.
