RV 10 digital pro V-C Complete S002 is a complete rotary evaporator package for distillation work in the laboratory. It combines the RV 10 digital V-C rotary evaporator with the HB digital heating bath (4 L capacity, room temperature to 180 °C), a highly efficient vertical coated glass condenser set offering 1500 cm² cooling surface with 1 L receiving and evaporating flasks, the compact VACSTAR digital vacuum pump (minimum vacuum 2 mbar), the VC 10 lite vacuum controller and the RC 2 lite recirculating chiller. All required components and connections are included, together with a UK plug. The robust RV 10 digital unit from manufacturer IKA features an optimised bath volume for rapid heat-up, soft start, interval right-left rotation and a timer. A motorised lift with safety-stop automatically raises the evaporating flask from the bath on power failure; further protection is provided by adjustable safety temperature circuits, dry-run protection, end-position detection against glass breakage and a lock function. The heating bath is controlled via infrared interface and the system can be remote-controlled through the RS 232 port with labworldsoft®. The space-saving VACSTAR pump is managed by the VC 10 lite controller, which also regulates the chiller. The RC 2 lite delivers 400 W cooling capacity down to -10 °C with a 0,35 bar pressure/suction pump and natural refrigerant R290.
