UHPLC-voorzuilen NUCLEODUR®, Phenyl-Hexyl, 1,8µm, 4x3mm
Ter bescherming van uw hoofd-HPLC-kolom tegen verontreiniging wordt het gebruik van voorzuilen aanbevolen. Deze korte kolommen worden in een voorzuilhouder geplaatst. De voorzuilhouder wordt, in combinatie met een voorzuil, tussen de injector en de HPLC-kolom geïnstalleerd. Deze installatie voorkomt dat chemische onzuiverheden de hoofdkolom bereiken, omdat verontreiniging een onomkeerbare binding met het kolomvulmateriaal (stationaire fase) kan vormen, wat kan leiden tot een kortere levensduur van de kolom. Als u de levensduur van uw hoofdkolom wilt verlengen, dan kunnen deze korte kolommen u daarbij helpen.
