Universal oven UF750plus is a forced-air laboratory universal oven with a 749 l stainless-steel interior for reliable drying, heating and thermal applications. Temperature can be set from +20 °C to +300 °C, while the working range extends from at least 10 °C above room temperature up to +300 °C. TwinDISPLAY ControlCOCKPIT enables clear operation, with electronically adjustable exhaust-air flap and fan speed both controllable from 0 % to 100 % in 10 % increments. The configuration includes two grid shelves and a stainless-steel door. From manufacturer Memmert, the oven offers an Ethernet interface for reading protocol data, transferring programmes and online logging, together with a USB port on the ControlCOCKPIT for USB-stick use. Multiple overtemperature protection, an integrated data logger storing at least ten years of data and the option to set three calibration values each on the ControlCOCKPIT support documented workflows. A factory calibration certificate for +160 °C is supplied. Structured stainless-steel housing is 1224 x 1720 x 784 mm; interior dimensions are 1040 x 1200 x 600 mm. Supply voltage is 400 V, 50/60 Hz, with maximum power uptake of about 7000 W and a net weight of 217 kg.
