The stainless-steel interior (1040 × 720 × 600 mm) is supplied with two grid shelves and a stainless-steel door. SingleDISPLAY ControlCOCKPIT control includes an electronically adjustable exhaust-air flap from 0 % to 100 % in 10 % steps and an Ethernet interface for reading protocol data. Double overtemperature protection, an integrated data logger with storage capacity for at least ten years and three calibration values adjustable at the ControlCOCKPIT support documented operation. A factory calibration certificate for +160 °C is provided. The structured stainless-steel housing measures 1224 × 1247 × 784 mm; supply is 400 V, 50/60 Hz with maximum power consumption of approximately 5800 W. Net weight is 161 kg.
