UTL 25 digital Inline ULTRA-TURRAX® is een laboratoriumdispergeerder voor circulatie- en continustroomprocessen. De modulaire constructie is eenvoudig, compact en stabiel, zodat het apparaat als tafelmodel of op een statief gemonteerd instrument met een kleine voetafdruk kan worden gebruikt. Eenvoudige demontage ondersteunt routinematige hantering, en het apparaat is steriliseerbaar en autoclaveerbaar voor gecontroleerd laboratoriumwerk. Bij een open uitlaat is de transportcapaciteit 4.4–11.6 l/min; het aanbrengen van een klep maakt lagere debieten mogelijk. Het instrument is bedoeld voor suspenderen, emulgeren en deagglomereren onder luchtvrije, steriele, inline-omstandigheden en kan onder vacuüm of bij drukken tot 6 bar werken. Met de DK 25.11-doorstroomkamer wordt luchtinname ook in batchmodus voorkomen. Het systeem is niet zelfaanzuigend; een extra pomp kan tussen de aanzuigpoort en het vat worden geplaatst om het gebruik uit te breiden naar viskeuzere vloeistoffen. Slangen met binnendiameters van 13 mm (inlaat) en 9 mm (uitlaat) worden aanbevolen om op de DK 25.11-kamer te passen. Niet geschikt voor continu of cyclisch continu bedrijf, deze dispergeerder van fabrikant IKA wordt geleverd als 1 stuk met een nettogewicht van 8.16 kg.
