Volumetric flask class A, KB, with blue graduation, PP stopper, coated body, 50 ml capacity and NS 14/23 joint is a precision measuring vessel for accurate preparation and dilution of solutions. Made from borosilicate glass 3.3, this coated flask is particularly recommended when working with hazardous or valuable liquids. The body carries a specially formulated transparent protective coating that acts like a safety glove: if the glass breaks, fragments are held together and leakage is strongly reduced, often retaining the solution inside the flask. Technical specifications match those of the corresponding clear and amber uncoated series. The coating remains highly transparent, tolerates temperatures up to 135 °C for a maximum of 30 minutes, permits cleaning at up to 95 °C and autoclaving at 121 °C; direct contact with an open flame must be avoided. Supplied by manufacturer ISOLAB Laborgeräte, the class A flask features durable blue graduation for easy meniscus reading and a polypropylene stopper for secure closure.
