Waarom Laser- & UV-veiligheidsbrillen?

Laser and ultraviolet glasses are optical filters for stated wavelengths and a stated optical density. A clear safety spectacle does not stop a laser. The wavelength of the source has to fall inside the range printed on the glasses. One pair does not cover every laser in a building.
