Robuust, duurzaam en betrouwbaar. Digitale meervoudig bereik-vacuümmeter voor het meten van het vacuüm in het grof- en fijnvacuümbereik. Chemisch bestendig en daardoor ideaal voor corrosieve en agressieve gassen en dampen. De gecombineerde sensor verenigt PIRANI-technologie met de voordelen van een keramische capacitieve membraansensor. In het meetbereik tussen 10 mbar en atmosferische druk levert de capacitieve membraantechnologie zeer nauwkeurige waarden voor een betrouwbare drukmeting, onafhankelijk van het gastype.
- Met verlicht LCD-display voor eenvoudige afleesbaarheid en controle van het vacuüm; ook het actuele meetprincipe wordt weergegeven
- Hoge nauwkeurigheid en uitstekende resolutie in het atmosferische drukbereik tot 5x10-4 mbar
- Beide druksensoren zijn altijd actief: bij een laag vacuüm (<1 mbar) wordt uitsluitend het signaal van de PIRANI-sensor gebruikt voor de drukmeting, en bij een zwakker vacuüm (>10 mbar) uitsluitend het signaal van de capacitieve membraansensor. In het overgangsgebied (1-10 mbar) worden beide signalen naar rato van de druk gewogen en zo het uitgangssignaal bepaald
