Especially when using narrow-necked vessels, e.g. round-bottom flasks, an stirring tool with collapsible blades is used. Just like our collapsible-blade impeller BR 14.
This blade impeller is ideal for dissolving and homogenizing in vessels with the following characteristics:
- ideal vessel diameter: 180 mm
- ideal ground clearance: 9 mm
- ideal filling level: 180 mm
- ideal volume: 4,600 ml
The collapsible-blade impeller BR 14 has a total length of 400 mm and is made of stainless steel. Its stirring shaft has a diameter of 8 mm.
