Alternatively/optionally, the apparatus for determining the bulk density according to DIN EN ISO 60,(Art. 5346800) can be equipped with this closing arm.
It releases the outlet opening of the funnel by moving it slightly to the side.
This enables you to open the hopper effectively and particularly quickly. This can be particularly advantageous for very fine-grained, abrasive and sharp-edged sample materials. (For example, sands, moulding sands, abrasives).
The locking arm is firmly mounted on the apparatus via the stand rod. The distance sleeve supplied ensures that the dumping height defined in the standard is maintained.
Consisting of:
- Locking arm as rotary lock
- Spacer sleeve
