Continu pompsysteem is een optie die twee pompen koppelt zodat zij een continue vloeistofstroom genereren: terwijl de ene pomp aspireert, levert de tweede pomp de oplossing. Passieve ventielen in de verbindingsleidingen waarborgen de juiste stroomrichting gedurende de hele cyclus. Dezelfde opstelling kan worden gebruikt om lineaire concentratiegradiënten te vormen; voor die toepassing zijn twee LA-100-pompen uitgerust met de gradiëntoptie vereist.
