Detecteerbare lepel SteriPlast® is een steriele blauwe polystyrene (PS) bemonsteringslepel met een capaciteit van 10 ml, vergelijkbaar met een eetlepel, ontworpen voor eenmalige bemonstering van poeders, granulaten, pasta's en vloeistoffen. Gefabriceerd, geassembleerd en verpakt onder omstandigheden van reinruimteklasse 7, is elke lepel afzonderlijk gewikkeld en met gammastraling bestraald ter ondersteuning van gecontroleerde laboratorium- en productieomgevingen. Naast de kenmerkende blauwe kleur maakt een speciaal additief in het polymeer de lepel zichtbaar voor metaaldetectoren, röntgensystemen en kleurscanners, zodat kunststoffragmenten nog steeds kunnen worden afgekeurd door standaardapparatuur voor controle op vreemde lichamen.
