The SMART Digital DDC is a compact diaphragm metering pump with speed-controlled stepper motor drive and intelligent control electronics.
SmartDigital metering pumps,thanks to the stepper motor, always operate at stroke length for optimum metering accuracy.
The stepper motor drive ensures low-pulsation and continuous metering, even with low metering volume flows. The flexible mounting plate allows wall and floor mounting without additional mounting accessories.
The operating cube can be turned in three different positions (left/front/right).
The dosing pump is operated via a rotary/push wheel. The Smart Digital dosing pump has an LCD with plain text display and 4-color status backlighting (white/green/yellow/red).
The operating display is protected from environmental influences.
The dosing head consists of:
- Robust and durable full PTFE diaphragm
- Double valves for maximum dosing accuracy
- Venting spindle for easy operation or venting
Operating modes:
- Manual dosing in ml/h, l/h or gph
- Dosing proportional to quantity via pulse input in ml/pulse (incl. memory function)
- Proportional dosing via 0/4-20 mA analog input
Further features:
- Suction stroke rate reduction (anti-cavitation), 50% (max. Q: 3 l/h) or 25% (max. Q: 1.5 l/h), especially for higher viscous or outgassing media.
- Service information (service interval and display of the service kit with order number)
