DURAN® bruine buret, klasse AS, met glazen kraan is een precisie-volumetrisch instrument, gemaakt van chemisch zeer resistent borosilicaatglas 3.3. Met een nominaal volume van 100 ml is hij bijzonder geschikt voor titrimetrisch werk, waaronder de titratie van lichtgevoelige vloeistoffen. De justering wordt uitgevoerd op uitlopen (“Ex”) bij een referentietemperatuur van + 20 °C, zodat hoeveelheden exact volgens de schaal kunnen worden afgenomen omdat de hechting van vloeistof aan het glas tijdens de kalibratie in aanmerking is genomen. De volumetoleranties komen overeen met de foutgrenzen van ISO en DIN voor nauwkeurigheidsklasse AS. Bruin glas biedt UV-bescherming.
