DURAN® GL 45 geroerde reactorset is een compleet zelfstandig flesroersysteem voor eenvoudige laboratoriummengtoepassingen, geleverd met een heldere fles van 1000 ml, blauwe PP-schroefdop, twee GL 14 poorten, twee rode PBT GL 14 doppen en een vouwblad-roerder. De instelbare roeras kan op de optimale werkhoogte in een DURAN® GL 45 fles van 500 of 1000 ml worden ingesteld en wordt aangedreven door standaard magneetroerders tot 500 rpm, wat een duidelijk verbeterde mengprestatie geeft ten opzichte van conventionele magnetische roervlooien. Chemisch bestendige materialen—PP, PTFE, PEEK en roestvrij staal—van fabrikant Duran/DWK Life Sciences zorgen voor duurzaamheid; media-contactdelen voldoen aan FDA-eisen en de assemblage is volledig autoclaveerbaar en geschikt voor contact met levensmiddelen. DURAN® GL 45 / GL 14 slangaansluitonderdelen accepteren halfstijve slangen met buitendiameters van 1.6, 3, 3.2 of 6 mm voor toevoeging of afname van vloeistoffen of gassen. Niet geschikt voor bovenliggende laboratoriumroerders. Typische toepassingen omvatten eenvoudige kosteneffectieve bioreactoren, continu doorstroomde geroerde reactoren, het mengen van vloeistoffen, monsters of reagentia, en foto-bioreactoropstellingen.
