edge® pH/°C-elektrode voor vlees met kabel van 1 m is een PVDF pH-sensor met open junctie en Viscolene-elektrolyt, bedoeld voor vlees en halfbevroren voedingsmonsters. Zij dekt pH 0 tot 12 en gebruikt een conische tip van 6 mm × 10 mm met een dubbele Ag/AgCl-referentie. Optionele roestvrijstalen doorsteekbladen FC098 of FC099 kunnen worden gemonteerd voor eenvoudigere penetratie van vaste monsters.
