ROTI®CELL Myco-Free, sterile, 50x conc., ready-to-use, 100 ml, plastic

ROTI^®Cell Myco-Free is a reliable, rapidly effective reagent for eradication of contaminations by mycoplasms and other bacteria in cell culture.The sterile solution ROTI^®Cell Myco-Free is composed of a mixture of specially selected antibiotics in PBS, which are known to be highly potent, even in very low concentrations. The effect is due to a specific interaction with prokaryotic protein biosynthesis by inhibition of translation and of the transcription complex located gyrase. Eukaryotic cells are not affected.

Culture media are supplemented by the ROTI^®Cell Myco-Free stock solution diluted by 1:50. Mycoplasms and bacteria are reliably and efficiently eliminated.
