SONOREX TECHNIK RM 182 U-ST is een hoogwaardig ultrasoon reinigingsbad met verwarming voor industrie, service en onderhoud. Het werkt bij 25 kHz en gebruikt een gelaste trilkuip van 2 mm roestvast staal 1.4404 voor duurzaamheid bij intensief gebruik. Het sonicatievat bevat 226 l, met inwendige afmetingen 1000 × 500 × 400/420 mm. Een modulair ontwerp ondersteunt configuraties van een enkele kuip tot een complete reinigingslijn. De geïntegreerde overloopzak wordt aangesloten op een olieafscheider om gereinigde oliefilms uit het bad te verwijderen; een sproeibuis leidt drijvende oliën naar de zak. Een vulniveauschakelaar beschermt verwarming en transducers tegen droogloop. In hoogte verstelbare voeten, afgeronde zij- en bodemhoeken en een schuine kuipbodem ondersteunen reiniging, legen en geluidsverdeling en beperken residu. Bovenaan gemonteerde bedieningselementen vereenvoudigen de bediening van ultrageluid en verwarming. De uitvoering “-ST” biedt een potentiaalvrije contactinterface voor externe PLC- of robotbesturing, aansturing via relais of stuurspanning, of een handschakelaar met signaallamp. Geschikte manden, deksels en reinigingsconcentraten zijn als accessoires verkrijgbaar. De afvoer gebruikt een G 1 driewegkogelkraan met slang en slangtuiten (messing, galvanisch behandeld) aan de linkerzijde. Het ultrasone piekvermogen is 2 × 4000 W en het nominale vermogen 2 × 1000 W (Bandelin).
